We're not a hardware company chasing a subscription upsell, and we're not trying to be everything to everyone. We're a small team obsessed with one outcome: getting lost pets home faster than the old system ever could. That means being upfront about where we actually are — the smart tag network is live today, the AI shelter matching engine is being built and tested against real intake data, and the automated ad broadcast system is next in line. We'd rather ship a smaller thing honestly than promise a bigger thing we haven't built yet.
